Writer Agreement
This agreement applies to writers who publish, monetize, receive tips, sell premium chapter access, or request payouts on Fetishlopedia.
Writer eligibility
Writers must be 18+, complete onboarding, accept the content policy, and provide accurate information. Monetization may require additional identity, tax, or payout checks before funds can be released.
Revenue share
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, writers receive 30% of eligible net paid story unlocks and tips after verified payment completion. The platform keeps 70% to cover hosting, payment risk, moderation, discovery, operations, and platform growth.
Unlocks and tips
Premium story unlocks are sold in USD. A $0.99 story unlock opens premium chapters for that story. Tips can be preset or custom-entered by readers. Earnings are recorded only after the payment provider verifies payment.
Chargebacks and reversals
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or policy takedowns may reduce, delay, reverse, or block writer earnings. We may hold pending balances for risk review before making them available for payout.
Content ownership and license
Writers keep ownership of original work. By publishing, writers give Fetishlopedia permission to host, display, promote, moderate, excerpt, index, and monetize the content on-platform. Writers must not upload copied, stolen, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
Policy enforcement
Violation of the content policy, payment abuse, report abuse, real-person harm, or rights violations can lead to rejected chapters, removed stories, loss of monetization, payout holds, account suspension, or termination.
