Terms of Service
These terms define the operating rules for using Fetishlopedia. By using the platform, users agree to the 18+ fiction-only model, content rules, payment rules, and account safety requirements.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Fetishlopedia. By logging in, reading, writing, tipping, unlocking, subscribing, or publishing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access adult fiction in your location.
User content
Writers keep ownership of original stories they publish, but grant Fetishlopedia the rights needed to host, display, promote, moderate, monetize, and distribute the content on the platform. Do not upload work you do not own or have permission to use.
Payments and unlocks
Premium story unlocks, tips, and subscriptions are processed in USD. A paid chapter unlock opens premium chapters for that story after payment is verified. Payments may be denied, refunded, reversed, or reviewed for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Platform enforcement
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend monetization, restrict checkout, reverse earnings, ban accounts, or terminate access when users violate policy, abuse payments, evade moderation, or create safety/legal risk.
No guarantee of availability
Fetishlopedia may change features, prices, categories, policies, payout rules, moderation rules, or availability over time. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, provider outages, payment provider restrictions, or third-party service failures.
