Fetishlopedia policy

DMCA / Takedowns

Fetishlopedia respects copyright. This process is for rights owners or authorized agents requesting removal of allegedly infringing stories, covers, profile assets, or other user-generated content.

DMCA notice requirements

  • Your full legal name and contact email.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The exact Fetishlopedia URL where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or authorized use, you may send a counter-notice with your identity, contact information, removed URL, good-faith statement, consent to jurisdiction where applicable, and signature.

Repeat infringers

Accounts repeatedly posting infringing content may lose monetization, have stories removed, or be terminated. We may also block re-uploads of previously removed material.
